Compulsory scarp alloyed gold from any alloy can be used by adding minimum 30% of Fresh material by weight.

1st melt while alloying Gold Temperature for any Karat: 1100°C

Karat Melting Temperature Flask Temperature
14k 900°C 540°C
18k 970°C 580°C
22k 1050°C 630°C

Quenching Time: 15 minutes

For stone in place casting (where immediate quenching in water can damage stones because of thermal shock), we recommend cooling to room temperature before quenching in water.

Important Note: Do not perform any kind of acid process to Colored Gold (White/Red/Pink). Ask for tech details before working.
